Inspired by a recipe in the parents magazine, which turned out to be completely wrong. Only a few hours later and a visit to Sur La Table in Pasadena to find out what to do was I able to bake these lemon cookies!!
Glazing took a few more hours to do....
Result was very good. Here is a teacher's cookie jar with pictures of Otelia's teachers and assistant teachers at Westminster. Printed and ironed onto white cotton fabric label.
A little Thank You to all of Otelia's Teacher's tomorrow and Friday when she graduates at 2:30PM from Preschool.
